Push Digital is looking for a Columbia based Account Executive to join our fun and fast-paced Strategic Communications team.As an account executive for the strategic communications division, your job is to generate compelling content across social channels and clients’ websites that lead to engagement dealing with various public policy and legislative initiatives. Account executives work in coordination with the senior team and other team members to ensure success on client objectives and to support internal marketing of the company on the website and social networks.The strategic communications division’s clients range from trade associations and government affairs firms to businesses with regulatory or legislative challenges. We apply creative marketing and communications tools to influence public perception, organize support and activate people in support of our client’s objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Understand client issues and objectives.
  • Understand the legislative process at the federal, state and local level.
  • Assist in the development of strategic approach to accomplish objectives.
  • Develop daily creative communications to drive action on client’s behalf.
  • Work with client for approval of all content.
  • Look for opportunities to employ new techniques or processes.
  • Maintain awareness of the evolving nature of issue advocacy and communication.
  • Work with design and advertising team to accomplish client objectives.Requirements
  • Thorough knowledge of social media networks.●Understanding or passion for government affairs, public policy, and legislative processes.

We’re looking for a VP of Digital Advertising to join the Push Digital team here in Charleston, SC.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Paid Media, strong written and verbal skills, and expertise in Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, Media Buying, Analytics, and more. The candidate should also be results driven, resourceful, organized, articulate and a self-starter. Our ideal candidate has experience in Political and Advocacy campaigns. The Director will be in charge of overseeing the entire department including managing a team of media buyers, providing strategic digital advice across all clients, and constantly looking for new industry trends in this ever changing market. While everyone’s management style is different, Push looks for leaders who are hands-on without micromanaging.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 3+ media buyers and ensure all day-to-day work is being complete
  • Oversee entire department including planning, budgeting, creation, placement, optimization & reporting of 50+ clients.
  • Take lead in developing strategic media plans and campaign strategy for clients that support their overall marketing goals
  • Identify appropriate digital media platforms and channels to leverage for clients including, but not limited to, programmatic, native, video, social, search and more
  • Liaise with senior team to ensure the department and overall company is operating efficiently
  • Track performance and optimize campaigns with respect to pacing, audience engagement, landing page and creative testing, placement performance, and more
  • Oversee management of advertising budgets and ensure digital spends are accurate and client goals are being met
  • Create Paid Media reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising platforms including DoubleClick Bid Manager, Adobe DSP, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and paid social platforms including Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • In-depth knowledge of media vendors, platforms, verification partners and DSPs
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multitask
  • Active interest in paid media industry and trends

This is a full-time, on-location position. Compensation is dependent upon experience.
